Mr. Strange (artist name) is Jean-Marie Gitard, a French artist handling surrealism with a certain derision, gaze on the world, upside down.He is presented in many collections in France and abroad.

After studying art history and a rather classical approach of visual artist, Mr. Strange, largely inspired by surrealism and carried by a curious and inventive personality, has gradually moved away from classical painting to focus on polymorphic forms, mixing painting and sculpture.
